優れたTrustindex は、レビューの元のソースが Google であることを確認します。 Stayed here for 5 nights the staff were absolutely amazing, about and beyond service. We needed to get into town to get snow gear and on our final day to a bus stop and the team at traumerei were more than happy to help us. Highly recommended if you want more of a chill spot then the rest of the hustle and bustle. Also has two private onsens which are super cool tattoos allowed ! From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with family. The staff have been there since day one, and that sense of loyalty and warmth really shows in the atmosphere. The owner, Mr Ryo Nishino, is an incredibly kind and warm person who genuinely enjoys spending time with guests, even sharing a drink and a conversation, which made the stay feel so personal and memorable. It’s really inspiring hearing him speak about his passion for what he started all those years ago and his love of food and wine. A special thank you to Nagi and Yumiko for their beautiful hospitality and all of their help during our trip. All of the staff we came across were wonderful including the waiter that served us dinner on our last night. All staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. We will remember these friendships forever. If you’re staying in Hakuba, do yourself a favour and stay at Traumerei. They also have a restaurant on site and the food is absolutely divine. It is an auberge founded in 1981 by Mr Nishino, built around French cuisine, wine culture and the idea that dinner should be an experience, not a schedule. What stands out is the sense of continuity. After more than forty years, the place does not feel commercial or trend-driven. It feels intentional. The setting in Hakuba’s mountains, the pace of the evening, and the depth of the wine programme reflect a lifetime of dedication rather than a business model. The French chef dinner was outstanding. Refined, precise and beautifully balanced, it is true fine dining that deserves to be experienced rather than simply described. The quality and care in each course make it clear this is a serious culinary destination, not just a hotel restaurant. We also had the opportunity to spend time with Mr Nishino after dinner while he shared wine, sake and whisky. There was no emphasis on labels or status. The focus was on taste, conversation and enjoyment. It is rare to encounter hospitality that feels this grounded and confident. Träumerei feels like the work of someone who has devoted decades to refining a single vision. There is a quiet sense of legacy here, expressed through consistency, generosity and care. Nagi was an incredible host and offered to drive us to the slopes the first day. The onsen is lovely, the hospitality is incredible and the rooms were nice and cozy. Shuttle bus directly outside to take you to nearby ski resorts and free transfer at start / end of the stay was a bonus. The restaurant was impeccable and the free daily Private onsen was a highlight! As a result, the room was full of mildew. We were going to stay for 3 days, we stayed for one.
